It is invested by Armco & Metawise (H.K), Ltd for annual output of 2 Million Tons Regenerate Metal Construction Project., Its Registered Capital Is 1.5 Million Us Dollars, The Total Investment Is 40 Million Us Dollars. The address of this construction project is selected at Banqiao Industrial Zone of Lianyungang Economic Development Zone. The project covers 194 Mu land ,Banqiao Industrial Zone is located at the eastern end of European and Asian Continental Bridge, which is only 5 kilometers away from Lianyungang Port. The highway and railways there stretch to all directions. This project will use the steel scraps processing equipment produced by Metso Linderman (Germany) Company. This company has hundred years production history, 450 crashing machines, 1500 cutting machines and 10,000 packing machines. The needed equipments are including steel scraps cutting production line, large steel scraps cutting line, light thin waste thin metal packing line and assistant facilities.

The needed raw materials of this project product are the waste automobile, waste machinery building materials, waste machinery equipments, dismantled ships and steel scraps in the society and so on. Along with the development of iron and steel industry, the existence of steel scraps resources in the society as well as the increment of the waste ships and automobiles have provided large amount of resources for the recycling and processing of steel scraps.
