China Armco Metals, Inc. is a U.S. based company doing business in China. Armco & Metawise (H.K.) Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of China Armco founded in July 2001 ("Armco"), is engaged in the distribution of metal ores, steel scrap, and non-ferrous metals within China.

Capitalizing on management's proven experience in the industry, the products of the company are extended to iron ore, nickel ore, chrome ore, copper ore and zinc ore. The sales network of the company covers all major provinces of China. The company has established stable partnerships with many metal manufacturing enterprises through long-term collaboration.

Relying on the distribution advantage and extensive sales network, the company established a production subsidiary company---Armet (Lianyungang) Renewable Resource Co., Ltd ("Armet") located in Lianyungang City, Jiangsu Province in January 2007. This newly formed wholly owned subsidiary of Armco plans to construct a metal recycling facility capable of recycling 1 million metric tons of scrap metal per year. The raw materials for this project are waste automobiles, waste machinery, waste building materials, dismantled ships and various other scrap steel.

Its subsidiary Henan Armco & Metawise Trading Co., Ltd. is a distribution company specialized in the foreign trade of mineral products. Since its inception in 2002, the company has been growing substantially. Henan Armco has expanded its business to include metal products and raw materials, such as steel scrap, non-ferrous metals, burnt carbon, chemical products, building materials, iron ore, manganese ore, chrome ore, ferrosilicon, ferromanganese, metal silicon, silicon manganese alloy, silicon calcium alloy, and other similar products.
