Armet (Lianyungang) Renewable Resource Co., Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Armco & Metawise (H.K) Ltd. It was formed in January 2007 with registered capital of $15 million and was approved by the Jiangsu provincial government as a foreign invested enterprise. Capitalizing on its solid customer base and a wide range of sales channels, Armet is building a steel recycling plant with annual capacity to recycle 1 million tons of scrap metal per year.
